2026 Minnesota Salsa Fiesta expands to TWO nights- Friday, July 10 at Granada Theater and Saturday, July 11 at Mill City Museum. Recent editions have attracted over 500+ attendees and SOLD OUT!
Minnesota Salsa Fiesta celebrates the culture of salsa with a 20-piece band that features guest artists from Chicago, Miami, and Cuba. The night includes dance showcases, free dance lesson, food vendors, visual art, artisan crafts, cocktails and mocktails, and late night DJ. New highlights for 2026 are a VIP-reserved seating, expanded food options (arepas, Cuban food, and paella) and much more!

Granada Theater
9 p.m. to 2 a.m. • Friday July 10th
Celebrate the culture of salsa with an all-star orchestra, dance performances, food, art, and late night DJ all in a stunning venue.
Immerse yourself in the rhythm of Salsa Fiesta featuring live salsa artists in an incredible setting. Whether you are here to appreciate the music from the terrace dining area or move to the music on the wide-open dance floor, the immersive energy of the live sets creates unforgettable night. Live bands and showcase dance performance from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. The festivities continue from 12 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. with a DJ after-party, inviting you to keep the salsa party rolling.
The huge all-star orchestra overflows with talent including full horn section, strings, and Latin percussion. The lineup includes the unique salsa-string fusion of Charanga Tropical and the stellar Havana Quartet. Throughout the night, live music and movement collide as the bands are joined by professional dance showcases from Salsa De La Calle, One Reason Dance Studio, and Yeniel 'Chini' Perez—all leading up to our midnight after-party by DJ William Buenon .

Mill City Museum

The celebration continues as the Minnesota Salsa Fiesta moves to the iconic Mill City Museum for a spectacular second night. Following our opening event, we return to the historic Courtyard Ruins on Saturday, July 12th, for an evening that has historically attracted over 500+ attendees and SOLD OUT. This second installment carries the momentum forward, transforming the museum’s iconic stone walls into a vibrant hub of Latin culture and music.
From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the atrium ruins come alive with a massive 20-piece all-star orchestra featuring top Twin Cities talent. This powerhouse ensemble performs alongside professional dance showcases from Salsa De La Calle, One Reason Dance Studio, and Yeniel 'Chini' Perez. Throughout the live sets, you can sample authentic Latino food and beverages while artist Victor Yepéz energizes the space with visuals inspired by the rhythms of the evening.
At 10 p.m., the music moves indoors for an After Party featuring a monster mix of sounds. DJONE of Salsa Police will keep the energy high with a blend of merengue, bachata, timba, and cumbia. Whether you are on the wide-open dance floor or taking in the scenery of the ruins, come celebrate salsa!
